Farfield Sensors Ltd (Crewe, UK), specialists in analytical instrumentation for biophysics and nanotechnology, is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr John Parkes as Sales Manager. John, formerly with Perkin Elmer UK, brings his experience in product promotion, sales and customer relations to Farfield. Dr Kathryn Chapman, Sales Director at Farfield, described John's appointment as "another exciting addition to the Farfield sales team. John joins us at an important time for Farfield. We are experiencing ever increasing pull from the biophysics and nanotechnology markets. In turn, this demands an increased sales resource and focus around the world for our AnaLight® product range". Dr Parkes will be responsible for supporting Farfield's global sales network, with a special emphasis on domestic, European and US business.
