01 Jun 2004 - Keynote Publication - Analytical Biochemistry 329 (2004) 190-198
Farfield is pleased to announce the recent publication of a keynote paper "Dual Polarization Interferometry: an analytical technique to measure changes in protein structure in real time, to determine the stoichiometry of binding events, and to differentiate between specific and non-specific interactions" in Analytical Biochemistry 329 (2004) 190-198.The paper illustrates the advantages of Farfield's dual quantitative measurement technique to the characterisation of small molecule-protein interactions. This approach makes it possible to monitor the structural response in proteins when they are challenged by small molecules and to gain insights into the nature (specific or non-specific) and stoichiometry of such interactions.
